The customer fully accepts the conditions of sale herein at the moment in which their order is made through the ‘Online Shop’ ecommerce system of the www.forcole.com, and confirms that he/she has read and unconditionally accepted these conditions of sale. This also applies to orders placed using other means of communication such as e-mail or telephone.
The images depicting the products are representations as similar as possible to the products currently available in stock and may not be identical in terms of hue of color, shape and size to the actual products that will be shipped. www.forcole.com, however, is committed to maintaining and, if necessary, periodically updating, the images in a way that no significant difference will be perceived by the customer.
The prices of the products listed on the site are exclusive of VAT (VAT will be added, where applicable, during the checkout process). PURCHASES AND ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once your order is received, Le Forcole will check the data on it and give confirmation to the customer about the availability of the goods within 24/48. If the customer has already paid for the items ordered, but the items are unavailable, Le Forcole will offer alternative solutions or provide a full refund of the payment.
The contract entered into between Le Forcole and the Customer shall be considered complete upon receipt by the customer of the order confirmation containing, in a clear and simple manner, the details of the items purchased, the total price including shipping costs and the payment method selected.

In all cases, the goods will be shipped as soon as payment is received, the timeframe for which may vary according to the method of payment that the customer decides to use.
The costs of shipping are borne by the Customer as indicated during checkout, and in the e-mail confirmation that the customer will receive once the order has been submitted.
All orders for which payment has been verified and accredited, will be dispatched within 3 working days by courier; delivery normally takes place within 24 /72 hours depending on the delivery address.
Le Forcole accepts no liability for delays attributable to the courier or to force majeure. If required, the Le Forcole will provide the customer with information on the status of the shipment.
The customer is required to request a replacement for receiving damaged goods within three days of receiving their order.
In case of incorrect processing of an order, i.e. if the customer receives goods different from those ordered, the customer must send notification by e-mail and Le Forcole will respond by providing all the necessary information to allow the customer to return the goods.
Upon receipt of the package, Le Forcole will immediately ship the correct goods and reimburse shipping costs. The items to be replaced must be as new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Items to be replaced must ABSOLUTELY NOT have been used otherwise Le Forcole cannot proceed with the exchange.
From the date of delivery the customer will have 10 working days in which to request a refund of the merchandise, exercising his right of withdrawal under D.LGS.206/05 SMI and shall, within that time, send notice by registered mail to:

Upon receipt of the registered notification, we will make contact with the customer who must return the goods within 10 working days using a traceable and safe shipment method.
The shipment of goods to be returned is the sole responsibility of the customer.
The products subject to refund must be ABSOLUTELY unused, intact and complete with all original parts and packaging.
Once the integrity of the goods has been checked, we will process your refund by bank transfer or PayPal.
The reimbursement is based on the full value of the goods, excluding all shipping costs (both outbound and inbound) which will be borne by the customer.
In the event that the returned merchandise has signs of wear, or missing parts or defects due to the lack of padding used for the return, we will send notification to the customer who will have 10 working days of time collect the goods from our office or arrange resending, the cost of which will be borne by the customer. If no agreement is made within the period specified, Le Forcole will be released from any obligation and can reuse the goods as they see fit.
Le Forcole reserves the right to change these terms of sale as well as all other data, images and information contained in the website at any time without notice.
The Court of Venice will have jurisdiction over any disputes/controversies between La Forcole and the customer.
